Let me see, 5 snack meals and 1 main meal, got it. Snacks: Chocolate Mocha Shake, Lemon Bar, Tomato Soup, Parmasean Puffs, and Hot Cocoa before bed. Main Meal: Dinner Roast Pork, Cauliflower, Zuccini, Celery dipped in Ranch dressing. Easy, Easy, Easy. Eating every 2.5 to 3 hours, no hunger.
